"Crafted by the Master" is an instrumental album dedicated to the life of Alexis Bellfield, my fiancé and mother of my daughter. In the months immediately following her passing, I found myself completely uninspired creatively. It's like the love of music had left this earth with her and it seemed there was no end in sight. However one day while going through some files I stumbled across a poem she recorded for me in 2013. It almost immediately prompted musical action out of me, starting with my collaboration with Moluba/Omega called SmokeyQuartz. Immediately after finishing that project I started working on this one. Now I am usually a strong proponent of not pricing music but the dollar price on this album is significant. Most don't know this but Alexis spent the latter part of her life fighting very hard to shed light on her disease. Mostly using Instagram videos and posts. Here goal was to hopefully get enough people aware of sickle cell anemia and help to prompt a move towards a cure. So in memory of her spirit I am selling this album for a dollar and donating all the proceeds to www.sicklecelldisease.org
